High School Meal Uptake

02 January 2012

We are delighted that despite the economic climate, our school meal uptake has increased over the past year.

We have found in schools that have moved to us that more children have chosen to have our meals, and we hope this is a strong accolade to the quality of the meals we are producing. This is some of the feedback we have received since September:

"Please would you pass on our thanks to all of your staff for all their hard work this year, we are very pleased with the meals and are getting very positive feedback from the children. Also, the Christmas lunch last week went very well, everyone really enjoyed it!" Market Rasen PrimarySchool

"I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all your staff for a very professional and excellent service and I wish you all a Happy Christmas." Manor Leas Infants

"My daughter has recently started St John the Baptist School in Spalding where she has benefitted from the months free trial for school lunches, which she is thoroughly enjoying and will continue to have them each day once the trial has ended. I would just like to congratulate you on the quality of food which I sampled" Parent from Spalding St John the Baptist School

"Just a small piece of feedback from my little girl abouther lunch today that I would like to share with you. I asked her what the pudding was today and she said "lemon drizzle" and I asked her how it was... she replied with "it was the best I have ever tasted" ... and that's quite a compliment as Gran does make a pretty yummy one herself and sophia has become quite a connoisseur of lemon drizzles!" Sophia is a pupil at St Gilberts, age 5.
