Butcher of the Year

G.Simpson’s Butchers, who supply our meat, are in the finals for the National Butcher of the Year 2011.

They are only 1 of 3 in East Anglia and the Midlands; and only 1 of 16 in the whole of the country to reach this stage. This is a fantastic achievement and demonstrates the extremely high standard of product that they are producing.

We use a vast array of local ingredients and believe strongly in supporting local businesses. We have worked with the same butcher and fruit and vegetable supplier since we first started operating in 2006. As such our relationship is very strong, which of course provides us with many benefits.
